I studied nutrition and dietetics in college and got a Master’s in Human Nutrition. I can tell you that all those years of schooling did not prepare me for the health crisis I experienced in my forties. It all started with anxiety and irritability, then it went to pain and awful fatigue and low energy. I couldn’t find answers.

It would be years before I found out that my blood sugar was elevated and my antibodies to my thyroid were also out of balance. This affected my sleep, my weight, my moods and it left me with joint pain and anxiety. I had to start from the beginning.
