Meet Monica Paz

Monica Paz, MS, CN is a Certified Nutritionist and Functional Nutrition Coach with a degree in Dietetics and a Master’s in Human Nutrition. Her focus in blood sugar regulation helps women in midlife find their best health.

Monica draws on science-based nutrition, functional medicine principles, and whole-body lifestyle strategies to help uncover the root causes of symptoms—so the body can heal from the inside out.

She founded Nourished Functional Nutrition to offer compassionate, personalized support to women seeking lasting solutions to chronic fatigue, brain fog, weight challenges, hormonal shifts, and metabolic issues.

Her goal is to partner with clients—and their medical team when appropriate—to guide them toward long-term health using real food, personalized nutrition, and lifestyle balance as powerful tools for healing.
